The first office
Paulo establishes the first official office of De Paula Realty. In a room of just 200 sqft in Orlando, this is where we began to see the company gain ground in a highly competitive market.

Brazil's good economic phase and the US housing crisis help propel the company by massively selling below-market real estate prices to Brazilians eager to protect their dollar-denominated capital. In the same year, De Paula Property Management was created to handle the management of investors' real estate rentals, both for short term and long term rentals.
